General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The European Union started on 25 May 2018 to apply new data protection legislation called the "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR). We inform you that your personal data collected are intended exclusively for internal use to know professional and are not shared with national authorities or with third parties.

In accordance with the regulations, you have a right of access, rectification, modification, deletion and opposition for legitimate reasons to the processing and dissemination of your personal data. Once your file is closed, your data will be stored in accordance with legal obligations. We take appropriate measures to maintain the security and confidentiality of your personal data, including preventing it from being distorted, damaged, or unauthorized third parties having access to it.

If, however, you would like your data deleted from our files, please let us know.

Image rights

You may being filmed and/or photographed during our events on the site. In case you do not wish to be filmed and/or photographed please let us know by presenting you at the shooting crew.

Minors

All children under the age of 14 aren’t allowed access, unless they are accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult.

Alcohol consumption

Minors of less than 16 years (even if accompanied) are not allowed to consume alcohol. In any doubt, you could be asked for an identification card. 

Security

To ensure your safety:
Spectators can be searched at the entrance of the venue. The entrance will be refused to those who refuse this formality.
The following objects are not allowed inside:

  • bottles;
  • weapons of any kind;
  • metal boxes; 
  • drugs;
  • beverages brought from outside;
  • motorcycle crash helmets (to be left at the cloakroom)
  • as well as any object likely to be used as a weapon

Photos and videos

Cameras as well as any type of recording devices, audio or video, are absolutely forbidden in the concert venue.

Smoking

The law of 11/08/06 prohibits smoking in public spaces. Smoking electronic cigarettes is also prohibited in public spaces since the Law of 13/06/2017.
