As part of the Vinyl Harvest 2 years anniversary gathering, we have invited legendary house music DJ and producer Even Tuell for a Trffl Clb club night at the Kulturfabrik in Esch-sur-Alzette.
As Even Tuell, Paul David Rollmann produces house music that is very much of its time. Open-minded and open-ended, his production style abstracts many influences and refocuses them to the modern and often left-of-center dancefloor. His tracks have been widely acclaimed and manage to be experimental, challenging and danceable all at the same time. Together with DJ and producer Lowtec, he runs the Workshop label, one of the most iconic house music labels of the past ten years. Drenched in the club culture of Frankfurt and its surroundings, the legendary Robert Johnson in Offenbach a prime example, Even Tuell's style is deep, dark and powerful, aimed at innovation and shedding light on the unknown and forgotten sounds of house music. He also runs the Airbag Craftworks and A2 fashion brands.
Even Tuell's latest release on Workshop (Workshop 27) redefines the possibilities and possible emotional impact of the house music genre.
Warm up duties for the night will be assumed by Dim Trich of Non Funxion and Claudio of Trffl Clb.
Before the event, the fourth edition of the "Kinosch Listening Sessions" with Jan Jelinek takes place at Kinosch from 20:30.
