Them Lights - New single

“What Counts”, the new single of Them Lights, is OUT NOW!

This is the first single from our artist Associate Artist in Residency upcoming debut EP and the first single since the beginning of his residency at Kufa.

"What Counts" is about the pain of being your worst enemy. The parasite of your mind eating you up from within and hindering you from growing into the best version of yourself.  A series of singles and a first headline show are scheduled for 2022.

LISTEN TO IT HERE.

About Them Lights

Them Lights is a dark tunnel of 80s reminiscence flashes and modern electronica. Multi-instrumentalist, producer, singer and songwriter Sacha Hanlet correlates in a wide range of genres from pulsating electronica, dark pop to soulful R’n’B. Having toured the world as the drummer of the math-rock band Mutiny On The Bounty for almost two decades, it wasn't until 2017 that he started to produce his very own sounds and explore his eternal love for arpeggios, 80’s synthesizers and groove. A series of singles leading to his debut EP and a first headline show are scheduled for 2022.

Them Lights is Associate Artist in Residency at the Kulturfabrik from 2021 to 2024. His residency started officially on 15 March 2021 and will end on 14 March 2024. During these three years, and thanks to the coaching and support from the Kulturfabrik team and its partners, Sacha Hanlet has the chance to develop his project from start to finish (writing, composition, visual identity, stage design, etc.).
